Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. serves the greater Kansas City area and has expanded its geographic reach to the St. Joseph and Liberty areas, with 9 clinics to serve its community. Diagnostic Imaging Centers provides outpatient diagnostic imaging exams, including MRI, CT, 3D mammography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and breast biopsies. It is also the only Kansas City-based organization to have a mobile 3D mammography unit. The mobile unit travels across the two-state region to provide mammograms to areas and women that do not have access to this service.

Diagnostic Imaging Centers is the oldest solely physician-owned outpatient imaging group in the area. Its affordable medical imaging, ability to take walk-in patients, multiple locations, quick turnaround on reports and excellent patient care are its benchmarks. When a patient comes in for their mammogram, they have their results before they leave. If additional imaging is needed, it is done while the patient is onsite which eliminates additional co-pays, return trips and unnecessary anxiety while waiting.

A: We have had the privilege to work with AIS for the last 5 years.

A: AIS has taken over primary service for our ultrasound systems.
Q: What has your service experience been like with AIS?
A: While we have worked with them for 5 years, AIS officially took over service on our ultrasound equipment last year. AIS has been very responsive to our needs and has a speedy turnaround on parts.
Q: How has having these pieces of equipment/service experience benefited your health center?
A: The equipment is serviced by AIS on a regular basis. Diagnostic Imaging Centers always provides the very best care to our patients. This allows for peace of mind because our equipment is always in top working order.

A: AIS provides a very affordable model for service, has a ready supply of parts and staff that are very knowledgeable.
